Policies and Fees

The following suggestions and guidelines help you get the most out of your sessions:

It is best not to eat a heavy meal for at least one hour before a session. However, please do not come on a completely empty stomach as some of the modalities we use may release toxins that might be overwhelming. I recommend a light meal or a snack like fruit or nuts or a health bar.

Please do not wear perfume, cologne, hair spray, after shave, or other scented products to your appointment. I prefer you do not wear tight jeans, but bring lightly fitting garments.

After a session I recommend you avoid alcohol, sugar, or caffeine. Instead drink lots of water and nourishing foods.

Allow your body and psyche to process the work that we do and avoid strenuous work-outs for several hours or until the following day.

Standard Session

Includes:
• Time to process what your needs are for the session
• We evaluate together what to do and where to start
• One hour of hands-on treatment on the table
• Time to review exercises or stretches that are recommended
• Time to review self-care practices, essential oil uses, dietary recommendations
• Time to rest and dress afterwards
• Time for a V.I.B.E. session, if requested
• Any and all essential oils that are used during your session
• Other referrals

Session Fees: Payable in Cash, Check or Credit.

1 Hour $90
Initial Visit(75 Min.) $100
Packages of 5 office visits $425
Packages of 10 office visits $850
Gift Certificates for Office Visits $85

Holiday Specials and Gift Certificates are available for all occasions.

I can either send out the gift certificate for you or give you the document. I have special certificates for the major holidays including Xmas, Hanuka, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and for special occasions like an Anniversary, Birthday, Graduation, Birth of Child, Retirement, etc. Gifts may be purchased separately or as part of a Series of treatments.

Remote Healing and Phone Healing

Remote Healing Fees are based on the extent of the work done - they start at $100 an hour - and can include multiple people and places for additional fees. Phone Healing Sessions are priced at $100 per hour, plus any international telephone fees incurred.

Cancellation Policies

• If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by telephone  –  845-482-5521 or text to 917-797-9834 – not valid by email.
• If you are running late I can hold your appointment by 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, it will be considered a late cancellation.
• Unless it is an emergency, you will be responsible for lthe session fee.
• If I need to change or postpone your appointment, I will give you 24 hours notice. I will make every effort to accommodate both our schedules.
